The Bean is going to be Curious George for Halloween. I'm trying to get Hubby to be Man With The Yellow Hat, but it's not happening. I have always loved Halloween, but never really got into the creepy stuff. When I pass out candy, I usually wear something lame like feetie pajamas and pigtails to be a ‘kid'. The kids can't seem to tell if I'm even wearing a costume or if I'm just ready for bed.
My best costume was when I dressed as Macy Gray and went to a party of friends who know me REALLY well. I'm a white brunette, so I wore dark makeup, and slept on tiny perm rods for the curly hair. Not one person knew it was me. My favorite costume that a friend did was a prom whore. She wore a prom dress, tucked the back of her skirt into her tights, smeared her lipstick, and had leaves stuck to her hair and back. Hilarious! I have a few other costumes I could pull out, but they're more for just the hubby and me, if you know what I mean. ;) My neighbor dresses as a scary witch, and it is scary, I'll give her that! I'm thinking about changing it up this year...
